Transferring your booking

Here is the how to transfer your booking through our App/Online portal: Select your location Login Go to "Account" Select "Enrollments" on the student you wish to transfer. Then "Transfer enrollment" in little blue writing. Select the level you are looking for. Pick a class - If it says OPEN this means the class has space if it says WAITLIST you will be put on that waitlist and once something becomes available we will be in touch with you. Once you have done this, we then see it on our end as a "transfer request" and will either approve it or deny it. If you are moving up a class then we go into your account and check the goals have been marked off (if this hasn't been done we touch base with the Team Leader to confirm your child/you have moved up a level. If you haven't completed the level we will then deny your transfer request and get in touch with you to explain why. If we check it over and everything is okay we will approve the request and you will be notified of your new class day and time. An additional charge may be required if your chosen transfer day provides an extra lesson is the current month. If we are needing to either put a credit on your account for a lesson you will no longer have or needing to charge your card for an extra lesson - we will contact you via phone and email before we do this. If we do not get a hold of you, the transfer request will not be processed until we hear from you.
